Is it Christmas yet?

Just starting to think about Christmas - crafters start earlier than other people.  Here are a couple of the Christmas cards I've made so far.  More to come...

Monday

Cards for Stampin' Up! Convention

I was asked to create a couple of kid birthday cards.  Here's what I came up with.  I just love punch art.

Sunday

Nephew's Graduation Card

My nephew is graduating from college this weekend. Here's the card I made for him. The school colors are blue and gold. I just love the tie with the tie tack.

I didn't notice the black smudge on the bottom until I put the photo up here. Glad I decided to post it. Now I have to redo the card. Better than giving a smudged one.

Two Sympathy Cards

I've had several requests for sympathy cards recently. Here are a couple that I've come up with. After merging several great ideas that I found on some Stampin' Up Demonstrator blogs.

Bunco for Life

Some friends put on a Bunco for Life, which raised money for the American Cancer Society. I had a booth where I sold cards and gave profits to the cause. It was my first solo show. They had almost 50 people playing bunco!

Friday

Ann's Birthday

Well, yesterday was Ann's birthday - I won't say how many! Ann and I have been stamping together a lot lately (really a lot) and I wanted to make her a very cool card. So here's what I came up with. It's 3-d and would be difficult to mail - you'd need a box rather than an envelope. I'm pretty proud of myself for actually getting it to her on her birthday. (I did have to drive to her house that evening...)
